Return, Refund, & Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing our courses. We strive to provide a seamless learning experience while ensuring transparency in our policies for refunds, cancellations, and digital course access.

Refund Policy

Upgradmyskill reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to:

Insufficient enrollments

Instructor unavailability

Force majeure events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability)


Refund Eligibility

1. If Upgradmyskill Cancels an Event:

A full 100% refund will be processed for the learner.


2. If a Learner Cancels the Course:

More than 7 days before the course start date: 10% of the total fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund will be provided.

Within 48 hours of course purchase: 5% of the total fee will be deducted as an administration fee, and the rest will be refunded.

After 48 hours of course purchase: No refund will be issued.


3. For Third-Party Courses (e.g., MS Project, MS SharePoint):

If canceled within 48 hours of subscription: 50% of the total fee will be charged as administration & cancellation fees.

After 48 hours of subscription: No refund will be issued.


4. Refunds for Duplicate Payments:

Any duplicate payment made by the learner will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the request.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the refund request.


Shipping Policy

Since all our courses are delivered digitally, learners will receive course access within 48 hours of purchase.


Return Policy

If a learner finds the course unsatisfactory or wishes to cancel enrollment for any reason, they may request a cancellation.

Upon approval:

Course access will be revoked

Refunds will be processed according to the Refund Policy outlined above
